After a year in lockdown, a lot of homeowners are now contemplating to find a place that is closer to nature. Why not? There are health benefits (physical and mental) from breathing fresh air, seeing the sunrise, and being in an environment that is calm and quiet.
For longtime Metro Manila residents, they are now searching for homes located in within the Greater Metro Area, which includes Laguna and Cavite in the south, and Bulacan and Rizal in the north and east. One of the developments noticed by home buyers is located in San Mateo, Rizal. It is called Amiya Riya, a project of Community Creators, Inc.
According to the company, the community features Zen-inspired homes, which promotes a lifestyle that is marked with simplicity, asymmetry, and stillness in the mid of one’s busy life.
The launch of the project was attended by executives of the company. From left: Mary Ann Yangco (director for business development), Ma. Charina Garcia (president, CCI), Jose Dalida (president, Excore), and Rowena Ignacio (VP for sales).
Its house models include Anya, which is 265 square meters, and Azumi, 211 square meters. Both are characterized by minimalist elegance and clean lines. Visually, the houses are aesthetically pleasing and inviting, combining elements of nature with modern design.
Home buyers may choose any of the three facades offered for each house model. Anya also provides an additional option for one with a traditional enclosed roof or one with a roof deck for extra recreational space to enjoy the 270-degree scenic views. Situated 240 meters above sea level and enveloped by its natural environs, Amiya Raya offers resort-like living that is only a 15-minute drive from the city. Since it is located in San Mateo, it is close to places of interests such as schools, churches, malls, and government offices.
